02. Sweat, move, stretch and get lymph moving. The fastest way to glow on the outside is to move stagnancy on the inside.
03. Start the day with adequate amounts of protein, fat and fibre to balance hormones. Don't forget healthy sources of carbs like sourdough, sweet potato and rice. We need carbohydrates for optimal hormone production.
04. Prioritize sleep - create a routine before bedtime that signals to your body that it's time to rest. Turn off bright lights and screens, drink a warm cup of tea and settle your mind.
05. Practice nervous system regulation. Watch your thoughts and how they affect the physical feelings in your body. Train your mind to go in a positive direction of your choosing.
