Our products are handcrafted in small batches using organic ingredients whenever possible, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and freshness. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, silicones, sulfates, mineral oil, or unnecessary fillers.

Yes. Our facial skincare is thoughtfully formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We intentionally leave essential oils out of all face products to help minimize the risk of irritation while allowing the nourishing properties of our botanical and hive ingredients to take center stage.

This intentional approach takes more time, but it's one we're deeply committed to. Rather than producing at scale, we focus on creating thoughtful, high-quality skincare with care, consistency, and respect for every ingredient we use.

Many of our products are formulated with gentle, naturally derived ingredients. Our facial skincare is also free from essential oils, making it a thoughtful choice for those seeking a more minimalist approach to skincare.

We believe some of nature's most remarkable ingredients come from the hive for both internal and external medicinal purposes. For centuries, bee-derived ingredients have been valued for their ability to nourish, protect, and support healthy skin.

We thoughtfully incorporate ingredients such as beeswax, Manuka honey, and propolis where they serve a meaningful purpose in a formula. Rich in beneficial compounds, these ingredients help replenish moisture, strengthen the skin's natural barrier, and provide lasting nourishment.

Every ingredient we use is chosen with intention—never simply because it's natural, but because it contributes to the performance and integrity of the finished product. The hive continues to inspire not only our formulations, but our belief that nature offers everything needed for healthy, radiant skin.

We source our bee-derived ingredients from a small number of local beekeepers whom we know and trust. Building close relationships with our suppliers allows us to understand exactly how the hives are cared for and ensures every ingredient meets the standards we expect for our formulations.

Our propolis and beeswax, for example, come from hives located on a protected nature reserve where the surrounding landscape is free from conventional pesticides and agricultural chemicals. This pristine environment supports healthy bees and produces exceptionally pure, high-quality hive ingredients.

Unlike many botanical ingredients, bee products cannot truly be controlled in the same way. Honey bees naturally forage across a wide area—often traveling up to 3 miles (5 km) from their hive in search of nectar and pollen. Because of this natural flight range, certified organic bee products can be difficult to achieve, even when hives are carefully managed. For us, the health of the bees, the integrity of their environment, and the transparency of our sourcing are far more meaningful indicators of quality.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on skincare items. This policy helps us ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every product we sell.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in King City, Ontario. We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, though processing times may be slightly longer during launches or holiday periods.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Yes. We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
